Experience

I would like to be considered for the above position because I believe I meet the requirements and I would be a suitable candidate as I have previously worked as a customer advisor responding effectively and professionally to inquiries and complaints. From handling calls and processing customers card payments to scheduling appointments as well as worked as a manager duties includes received and organised new merchandise, checking items against invoices and labling and pricing products for the sales floor and recorded inventory when it dropped below predetermined levels. Also, I would take the responsibility to supervise other employees to ensure that all work was carried out as required.

I am a very enthusiastic and conscientious worker who is determined to do the best to meet aims and objectives that are given to me. I am quick to adapt to new environments and people and try to have a positive attitude at all times. Also, I have great communication skills and passion to serve customers and solve their problems to ensure that their needs are put first.
