I am currently the head of the communication team that seeks to reach out to donors, partners, and the general public. Along with the communication and strategy team, we are working tirelessly to project the charity to great height. My responsibility also includes but not limited to funding and implementation.

As a customer service advisor I receive Inbound and make outbound calls in a very busy and fast-paced customer service settings. I worked in the technical department where we provide quick solutions to issues that customers may have about their sky equipment and services. Sales of numerous sky products and also take payments.
Transfers to appropriate teams if queries are can’t be handled in my department is also part of the job description. This is a busy work settings as Sky’s huge customer base requires that queries are successfully handled in timely manner to avoid long waiting time, yet achieving first time resolutions.
