Graduate Building Surveyor with consultancy experience across project surveying, contract administration, fire safety, defect analysis, and refurbishment works within multidisciplinary environments.
Experience gained across Bruntwood, Jacobs, and Eric Wright Partnerships working on live projects involving schools, healthcare, accommodation, and commercial environments. Strong understanding of building pathology, JCT contracts, condition surveys, measured surveys, and client liaison, with exposure to refurbishment and new-build projects from inception through to delivery. Experienced in working alongside senior surveyors, contractors, and consultants to assist with project coordination, technical reporting, and compliance matters.
Particularly interested in professional surveying, project delivery, commercial property, asset management, and consultancy work that provides technical variety and long-term professional development. Keen to begin progressing towards APC / MRICS chartership whilst continuing to develop within the built environment sector.
