At Proppa wash I was responsible for washing peoples car it's better then a car wash for a cheap price we do interior we take a lot of pride in our work. This included managing the washing process, detailing vehicles, customer service. I utilised skills such as attention to detail, time management, customer communication to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
My efforts resulted in quantifiable achievements for example increased customer retention, improved efficiency in washing times.
I worked as a security door supervisor at a charity event. My role was overseeing the safe entry and exist of the guests.
