I am a very assured student with good knowledge in the electrical installation field. I am a ambitious college student who is determined to complete my higher education and be as successful as possible in the workplace, therefore I am looking to expand my skills by gaining some valuable working experience through a part time job. In the future I hope to use my part time work experience to further improve my confidence and skills to become a useful and reliable person in the workplace place.

Shop Assistant at KB News (Off License) Shop (2025-12 – Present)

• Welcoming customers as they enter the shop and providing assistance to customers to locate any products in the shop
• Assisting with unloading of deliveries alongside the minimum of two other employees
• Ensuring the shop is up to hygiene standards and keeping the shop clean and presentable
• Taking constructive criticism from other employees and my boss to improve my retail and customer service skills
• Taking initiative to identify if a customer looks like they need assistance
• Asking questions to more experienced employees and my boss to further improve my customer service and retail skill
• Going above and beyond to ensure the shop provides an excellent customer experience
