As a Retail Assistant at H&M, I worked in a dynamic, fast-paced fashion retail environment, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining the store's visual standards. I helped out with not only front of house operations, but also back room. This helped keep the shop floor running smoothly. I left this job due to the hours being too high, I couldn't manage this during sixth form.
