I’ve spent two decades building brands and growth strategies, including founding and scaling my own brand experience agency. What I’ve learned is that most founders don’t get stuck because they’re not capable; they get stuck because there’s too much noise, too many decisions, and no space to think clearly. That’s why I’ve spent the last two years deepening my leadership and coaching capability (transformational coaching, counselling skills, and personal leadership work), so I can support both the commercial and the human side of growth.
