As a Human Resources Officer, I focus on employee relations, end to end recruitment, training and payroll processing along with use of various HRIS to support organizational goals. My previous roles as Office Coordinator and Project Advice Officer, have strengthened my expertise in project support and administrative coordination.

Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), I bring a unique blend of legal knowledge and HR skills to my work. I am committed to fostering effective workplace relations and supporting team success through detailed and collaborative HR practices.

HR Officer at Mind BLMK (2025-05 – Present)

• Overseeing the HR, Recruitment and Training inboxes
• Supporting end to end recruitment with advertisement, application screening, interview coordination and communication with applicants
• Supporting onboarding and inductions (preparing starter paperwork, organizing employee's first day)

Office Coordinator at Mind BLMK (2024-07 – 2025-05)

• Oversee general admin duties (supporting Exec team; housekeeping, ensuring that HQ is a suitable working environment for staff; meeting and greeting; post; room bookings and meeting arrangements; ordering and monitoring of supplies, stationery, and equipment)
