My duties at this setting were supporting management in preparing the nursery for the day, this meant prepare the setting for children arrival as well as in line with setting heath and safety policys, preparing the moring meals, throughout the day i worked within a team to provide a nurturing, warm and frirendly environment that ensure all the children are reach their full potential and, are being provied with an optimal learning environment, this included, working with key children, parents/carers as well as my fellow practitioners to plan support children within the setting including children with SEND needs.
