I have 3 grown up children of whom at the beginning of my career helped me to understand the importance of the role of the key person and parent partnerships which I have always promoted extensively and would consider this one of my areas of strengths. I have experienced numerous Ofsted inspections and have a strong work ethic. I am committed to safeguarding children and strive to ensure that I role model excellent practice within the team I work.
I can work on my own initiative however enjoy working with other professionals to share practice, however also to enhance my own skills and knowledge. I am looking to continuously improve my professional development and share and build on what I already know. I can offer empathy, dedication, hard work and the commitment to inspire every young person to be the best they can possibly can be.
