Self–motivated, versatile, and highly organised, with significant experience leading programme management office operations. Successfully leads PMO functions, delivers new ways of working and ensures governance and controls are implemented. Experience with change control, document control, stakeholder comms, KPI monitoring, project governance, procurement assistance, risk register management, and contract management.
Holds the Association for Project Management (APM) and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) qualifications.
Over five years of working on projects in a PMO / programme controls capacity.
Most notable was over four years supporting TFL’s Go Cycle programme from 2015 - 2019. Responsibilities included: change control, quality control, document control, governance requirements, approval schedules and coordinated production of key stakeholder reports, monitoring KPI’s, updating and maintaining programme risk register, managing and co-ordinating programme change control and change requests to the sponsor, management of contractors, purchase orders, invoices, and compensation events.
Prior to this, over eight years were spent in the financial services industry, writing client reports, RFP's and producing marketing literature.
In 2019 set up a copywriting, marketing and grant writing business which included producing email campaigns, newsletters, website copy, writing award submissions and grant submissions, and carrying out interviews to write up articles.
Holds the Association for Project Management (APM) and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) qualifications, as well as the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
