I'm a Land Buyer currently working at Countryside Partnerships. I'm a down to earth and reliable, qualities which have enabled me to succeed at Bellway, L&Q and Countryside.

Experience of public and private companies mean I have a breadth of experience in both sectors. I have achieved the purchase of two land sites, one in Dartford for 71 units and one in Harold Wood for 94 units, which demonstrates my dedication and ambition to succeed in the industry. I am confident, with good interpersonal skills, and the strong relationships I have built and maintained across the industry demonstrate this. I am now looking to make the next step in my career and progress as a Land Manager.

I completed the L&Q graduate programme where I gained considerable experience of a public company and the land acquisition process. After being promoted to a Land Buyer, I left to join Bellway Homes where I achieved the purchase of two land sites, one in Dartford for 71 units and one in Harold Wood for 94 units, which demonstrates my dedication and ambition to succeed in the industry. Wanting a new challenge, I then joined Countryside and have learnt a considerable amount regarding the partnerships model.

I am confident, with good interpersonal skills, and the strong relationships I have built and maintained across the industry demonstrate this.
