Since graduating with a BSc in Maths and Economics in 2015, I have built a career focused on turning complex data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders across multiple organisations.
I am currently a Business Intelligence Lead within the Financial Services Regulatory space, where I act as the technical lead for a team of seven, spanning Analytic Engineering, BI Analysis and Insight roles. I am the primary point of contact for technical decision-making, tooling, and team capability development, as well as owning delivery across major initiatives using Azure DevOps.
Over the past twelve months, my work has been heavily focused on leading the migration to Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics 365, alongside supporting several data science and advanced analytics exploration projects. This has involved building out scalable data pipelines and models for consumption by the business and building predictive models to guide decision making across the operation.
In parallel, I work part-time as a Data Consultant for a technology startup, where I develop predictive models to optimise LLM query batching and build validation dashboards to assess response accuracy for external clients. This role has strengthened my experience working in fast-paced environments and applying advanced analytics to real-world, client-facing problems.
