2014 – 2017: East Cheshire NHS Trust, Microbiology Medical Laboratory Assistant

• Sorted and processed large volumes of clinical samples in line with laboratory procedures, as part of a diverse team
• Various administrative duties, including: data entry; managing clinical records; answering and transferring phone calls
• Assisted in the maintenance, calibration, and operation of various instrumentation used for pathology purposes
• Assisted in training colleagues in areas I was signed off as competent in, and provided positive constructive feedback.

• Telephoned individuals who had expressed interest in claiming for mis-sold PPI, with a view to starting their claim
• Dealt with sensitive information, such as customer names and credit card numbers, in strict accordance with GDPR
• Processed cases from start to finish within set timeframes, ensuring I updated customers on progress and final outcome/s
