Providing guests with the most magical experience from beginning to end. Checking in individuals and giving themed briefs with a smile. Using COGS to run their games with appropriate clues making sure guests feel truly immersed. Resetting rooms quickly, efficiently and accurately to stay on schedule. Cleaning and stocking often to keep all areas presentable. Managing the phone and emails to book guests in and answer any inquiries. Ensuring all guests leave with a smile!

Customer Assistant - Vue Cinema

Providing customers with a friendly service ensuring all needs are met and giving them the best big screen experience by prepping food and drinks (including using a coffee station), answering any queries (such as dietary/ allergen needs) and assisting them to their screen and seats. Using tills to input orders, process vouchers and having good money handling skills to ensure the correct change is given. Stocking impulse units neatly as well as stock rotating often so only the highest quality goods are on sale.

Responsible for feeding various animals such as farm animals, reptiles and rodents the correct amount according to their dietary needs, cleaning fields and cages, assisting other members of the team as needed.
