• Established long term working relationships with both clients and freelancers
• Oversaw creative production through entire production cycle from brief through script and storyboard, planning shooting and editing on projects 
• Partnered with OPUS to create content series that helped drive a huge increase in their membership
• Produced a Lovie award winning Documentary for Tundra Esports 

• Built an international production pipeline, with creative located in UK and production in Cape Town.
• Oversaw pitching, client comms, creative ideation and production management for Ecom clients from the UK and USA
• Managed production budgets, location and talent sourcing across multiple projects concurrently

• Planned, shot and edited social campaigns for multiple brands including Jewson, Bosch, Citroen and McDonalds
