• Grade 2 trading shift work involves me being responsible for executing planograms and making sure they are implicated by the date given by senior management. The reason for this could either be a range review (reshuffling the bays round to promote least selling products or new line updates. Making space available for new products).
• Co-ordinating the team on shift to ensure all stock is replenished and rotated in line with BBD
• Dealing with complaints and queries from customers on a day to day basis either in person or via emails etc.

• Warehouse work picking chilled, ambient & frozen products- using voice recognition headsets
• Leading a team of operatives and co-ordinating with the line managers to ensure all KPI's are met to the expectation of senior management
