Started as a Creeler loading and unloading bobbins of yarn on to the creel of Tufting machines and then progressed to running the Tufting machines. Currently working on a 3 shift rotation Day shift, Night shift and Back shift. Also the first aider on my shift.

Stand in Foreman for 6 months dealing with scaffolders and labourers making sure they know what jobs they are doing and what the job requires, daily communicating with customers and management to ensure the jobs run as smoothly as possible. Also making sure materials that are needed are available, also doing weekly inspections of scaffolds that have been erected and in use.
