Massage Therapist - Part Time at Tiger Lily Thai Spa (2026-05 – Present)

• A few days a week, I work with the public carrying out massages for all types of people
• Other skills I have learned by working here are using the phone to talk to clients and book appointments, keeping the areas clean and tidy, setting up and closing at the end of the day, using various technologies, and interacting and dealing with different situations

Volunteer at Kirkintilloch British Heart Foundation (2026-05 – Present)

• Started volunteering at a charity shop to learn various skills such as using a till, customer interaction/service, steaming, hanging/tagging clothes, stocking items, and working with other employees

Volunteer at Kirkintilloch Rob Roy FC (2024-10 – Present)

Graduating for HND I performed a placement at a football club consisting of Sports therapy/rehab work which I now volunteer at. They play in the West of Scotland League First Division

• I perform pre-training rehabilitation consisting of massage, stretching, electrotherapy, taping, home advice, and exercises for recovery or warm-up
• At games I am there on the sidelines to treat any injuries on and off the pitch

Placement at University of Glasgow (2025-09 – 2026-05)

I travelled to University of Glasgow to perform placement for my Bachelors Degree. I performed subjective and objective assessment on clients who were students (both male and female) from the university playing different sports such as rugby, netball, hockey, basketball, pole vault, and paddling. During rugby games I was shadowing the physiotherapist and observing how they'd treat injuries and when to treat them as rugby has different rules compared to football for physios and treatments

• Performed clinical assessments including active, passive, and resisted, manual muscle tests, special, and functional tests to determine the injury and its severity
• Prescribed exercises and showed the clients how to do them for their rehabilitation

Snack & Play Play-scheme worker at Holy Trinity Primary School (2023-04 – Present)

During school holidays excluding Christmas, primary school children go to a primary school their parents decide for when they're at work like a school day of 9am-3pm. I work alongside other workers to create fun activities for primary school children aged 4-12 years

• Activities include sports such as football, gymnastics, obstacle course, scavenger hunt, orienteering, rounders, catch and dodgeball
• Other activities include building dens, board games, baking cakes, making empire biscuits, watching movies, reading time, nap time, and arts and crafts activities such as painting, colouring, making bracelets/necklaces, and imagination of different materials

• I conduct music for the congregation at my church on Sundays when I am asked which is usually once a month
