I am an experienced Mail Sort & DSA staff member with proven ability in management. For 4 of the last 13 years I have worked as a Team Leader at Jubilee Mail Centre, adding value by having a clear understanding of the DSA pipeline. I have built expertise in dealing with external customers (DSA), Royal Mail Staff and Management, and have 13 years' experience in operations.

I have experience of assessing workload vs hourly performance, engaging with Angard Casuals to maintain and improve performance. Leading a team with 15 frontline staff and up to 12 Angard casuals. Currently empowered to run and manager the DSA work area. I monitor arrivals, workload, efficiency and make decisions with staffing to ensure prompt clearance of DSA, whilst adhering to RM safety and core standards.

I am also trained to record DSA via PDA's for which I am responsible for. I provide information to support Tier1 and advise on safety, people, quality and throughputs. I work closely with the Shift Manager to ensure that we have sufficient staffing levels at the right time to maintain efficiency and quality.
