For example, I have first-hand experience with handling customers/clients over the phone and in person and I understand that in this job role, using the phone to talk to customers is important.
I am a self-driven individual which also has the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure in a high-pace environment. My approach is to stay patient, listen attentively and work diligently to turn a negative experience into a positive one. I have good communication skills.
I believe that being clear and precise and friendly is the key to effective customer service whether it be guiding a customer through a troubleshooting process or simply providing reassurance. I want to make sure that every interaction leaves a customer heard and valued.
Additionally, I am adaptable and have a drive to learn new things. I am able to quickly grasp new systems and processes, making sure that I am ready to provide the best service possible. I have a genuine passion for helping people, I find great pleasure in resolving issues and making someone's day a little brighter.
