For fifteen years I have been the person a founder, CEO or high-profile principal relies on completely — across fashion, beauty, hospitality, technology, finance and media. Most closely as sole travelling assistant to Charlotte Tilbury, where her diary, her shoots and press, her board commitments, her family travel and her personal life were a single job held across as many time zones as the year required. I like this work, and not as a stepping stone to something else.
I enjoy being the person who makes someone's life run properly — who notices what is needed before it is asked for, and who can be trusted with all of it. The professional and the personal have never felt like separate jobs to me; they are the same day. I am warm with people, unflappable when a plan changes at midnight, and completely discreet.
