• Linking of customs documentation to various port inventories using Pentant, Destin8 and CNS.

• Played a big role in the ongoing migration from CHIEF to CDS including researching the trade tariff, trialing entries and training staff.

• Completed reports in response to adverse events. 
• Performed detailed reviews of the monthly reconciliation of all enquiries received by a third-party agency
• Presented training to medical affairs staff on the internet program IRMS, which is used to manage responses given to medical enquiries
