I am extremely work driven, currently an admin and process team leader at ASDA looking for further opportunities and wanting to progress my career
I Started at asda as a drivr when I was 20, I got promoted after 1 year to ecommerce team leader meaning I looked after the online deliveries for the store I worked at getting vans out on time and making sure customers had the best experience possible, I worked closely with all the customers that called up wether it be to praise the driver or to call about something wrong with the order I helped in every way I could to make the end result a positive one, after 8 months I transferred to a new store as a service Team Leader working closely with customers in the store to switch up from online to in store I wanted to make the overall experience as easy and hassle free as possible. After 2 month of being a service Team Leader I moved to admin and process to further advance myself to work with the numbers for the store getting our nsta score as low as possible and to get our targets met. I help get stock out so online can pick it and get further items back on the shop floor so customers can leave with what they came in for.
I have 5 GCSE'S at level 5
I also have a level 3 extended diploma in Information and Technology
