During my role at innovation developments, I worked as part of a small team on several projects, mainly property developments. My role changed from day to day depending on what was needed to achieve the goals of that day. This included general plumbing works, bathroom fitting, tiling and structural works. within 3 months I had been promoted to head tiler.

While at Clayton equipment I worked in the design and build section, it was here that I mainly worked on the Balfour Beatty contract they had. My main skill was welding and going off engineering drawings; however, I perfected my skills that helped me to work on different roles within the team. Something that I became an expert at was using engineering drawings to construct structures such as electrical boxes and using the overhead crane.
