- I also deal with lottery, customer returns and pick up customer orders, logging these into the company system and safely keeping signed receipts and paperwork stored safely and organized.
- I clear baskets and rubbish away, clean the till area, sweep floor, and face up aisles, ensuring the store is always well presented and tidy for customers and colleagues. I always carry out the necessary legal and safety paperwork to a high standard and on time helping the business adhere to rules and regulations.
- I communicate well in person or over the phone with customer queries. I help customers with any difficulties with their shopping and provide solutions to those problems due to my product and company knowledge.
