I am an enthusiastic and dedicated health and safety professional with a strong foundation in consultancy, auditing, operations, and training. With previous experience supporting workplace safety initiatives, I’ve developed a keen understanding of how effective safety practices contribute to both employee well-being and organizational performance. I am particularly passionate about promoting a culture of safety where procedures are followed not just for compliance, but because they are understood and valued by all.

My ability to develop clear safety schedules and assist in implementing them has given me insight into how structured safety management can drive both efficiency and morale.

I bring a proactive mindset and a strong set of transferable skills, including effective communication, decision-making, planning, and time management. My approach is rooted in empathy and supported by strong coaching and mentoring abilities, which allow me to connect with team members at all levels. I take pride in being approachable, observant, and committed to continuous learning – qualities that make me well-suited to contribute meaningfully to a safety-conscious organization and support its long-term goals through effective health and safety strategies.

I have over 5 years' experience in the health and safety field.

I have previously worked with Medecins Sans Frontiers as a health and safety officer.

Currently completing my MSc in occupational safety and health and environmental management from the University of hull.

Completed my Level 6 diploma in occupational safety and health NEBOSH completed the IOSH managing safely course and the National general certificate in occupational safety and health -NEBOSH
