Through consistent communication and support, I help families understand the importance of regular school attendance and the impact it has on a child’s learning and progress.
I analyse attendance data to identify trends, patterns, and potential barriers, working collaboratively with teachers, senior leaders, and external agencies to implement strategies that encourage full attendance. My approach is firm yet understanding — balancing clear expectations with empathy and support for pupils and families facing challenges.
