• Ensure the running of as many machining centres as possible to improve efficiency
• Member of the health and safety committee, encouraging and mentoring the teams to ensure near misses are raised and involve the team in corrective actions

Working on packing line. Noticed that output by most operators weren't being met so looked a bit more into why and noticed each worker had to customize 2/3 parcels per hour. Solution was to take customized items out of the main line and create a new line solely for this.

Manufacturing of wire products for the distribution industry. Main roles were to set and operate a wide variety of machines ABB robots bar tip and arc welding, Brake presses and 6/10 ton presses. Sole responsibility for leading the manufacture of baby and child seats used in shopping trolleys. High importance of H&S specifications given purpose and responsibility of role. Worked as team leader covering sickness and holidays.
