I've worked as an event steward at NW Security, where I stayed calm and handled emergency situations like a pro. I made sure customer entry was controlled and complied with venue capacity. I also kept an eye out for any suspicious behavior and reported it when necessary.
I've also been a waitress and dessert chef at Bubba Drews in Craigavon, Armagh. I took hygiene and food handling seriously to maintain compliance. I always kept a neat appearance to represent the brand well. And of course, I made sure each guest had a great experience with my positive and enthusiastic attitude.
In addition, I currently work as a community healthcare assistant at Connected Health. I built strong relationships with patients, providing continuous support and top-notch care. I encouraged their independence while assisting with daily routines And whenever I notice any changes in their health or behavior, I promptly reported it to the Area Manager.
I completed Level 3 FREC3+Medical Gases WRTUK in Belfast in February 2024. Additionally, I participated in an OCN Level 2 Uniting Communities Through Leadership program with a local community group in Craigavon in August 2020. I have also pursued Level 3 Leadership and Management with SRC For My GCSEs, I studied Maths, English, Science, HSC (Health and Social Care), Gaeilge, Irish and Occupational Studies at St Catherine's College in Armagh.
