I have 8 years of experience in financial services, advising listed companies on governance and shareholder-related matters, including AGMs, M&A transactions, and activist situations. I am now seeking my next challenge where I can leverage my expertise in corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and capital markets to deliver value in a dynamic environment.
I have been with S&P Global since 2020, where I currently serve as Senior Associate, Corporate Governance and M&A. Before this, I worked at D.F. King Ltd as an Associate in Proxy Solicitation. Over the course of my career, I have gained diverse professional experience across seven countries, working in varied capacities that have strengthened my global perspective and adaptability.
I have a BA in English & German Literature, a Master’s in Journalism, Media and Globalisation, and I’m currently pursuing an MBA (class of March 2026), specialising in Advanced Corporate-Level Strategy. I’ve also completed the CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing and Euronext’s Investor Relations Certification Programme.
