• During my time as a pot-washer, I had to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of cutlery, plates and equipment used were maintained to a high standard in a busy Italian restaurant.
• Had to work at speed but also with accuracy so that all equipment was available and ready during peak hours.
• Ensured that the area I worked in was also kept dry and free from hazards to reduce the risk of myself and others falling.
