Graduate Building Surveyor with an RICS-accredited degree, having built a solid technical foundation at Ridge & Partners across a varied client base and begun working towards my APC. My work has spanned new-build housing schemes for Homes England, commercial refurbishment at sites such as Ascot Racecourse, and condition surveys for the Environment Agency, producing technical reports, EPC assessments and feasibility studies throughout. Chairing stakeholder meetings and leading site inspections has grown my confidence quickly, while earlier client-facing roles in healthcare and luxury retail sharpened my communication and attention to detail.
