Biomedical science graduate with a 2:1, including experiences in research and clinical laboratory settings. Skilled in molecular techniques, microbiology, sample handling, laboratory organisation and aseptic techniques. Currently working as a Ward administrator in Barnet hospital part of the Royal Free Trust.
Responsibilities of this included providing weekly and monthly ward activity figures, all patient admissions, discharges and attendances are recorded on the systems as well as using different softwares such as Capman and PowerChart.
Experience also including, working as a lab assistant in University, shadowing NHS hospital laboratories and specific roles that require strong customer service and communication skills. DBS checked, first aid trained and committed to high standards of accuracy and safety.
