I have participated in car boot sales where I got the chance to negotiate with customers and assist them with any help they need.

I worked as a hairdressing assistant, supporting senior stylists with daily salon operations. My responsibilities included washing and preparing clients' hair, blow-drying and basic styling, maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace, and assisting during busy periods. I provided attentive customer service, ensured clients felt comfortable, and helped the salon run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to salon support duties, I was responsible for handling cash and card payments, operating the till, and ensuring transactions were completed accurately. I also assisted with customer enquiries and complaints, addressing concerns calmly and professionally to help resolve issues and maintain a positive experience for clients.
