I joined Link Financial after being made redundant from my previous job role. I support customers with management of their debts and deal with their queries, taking payments and offering support if they find themselves in financial difficulty. I help customers complete budgeting forms, and set up affordable payment plans.

Customer Care Manager - Rooms and Views-Tredegar

I joined Rooms and Views after being made redundant from my previous job role. Rooms and Views is a manufacture and installation company which supplies and fits windows and doors to new build houses, e.g. Redrow, Bellway, Persimmons, I started as an Administrator for our installation department, where I would liase with our installation team within the offices and out in the field.

I would deal with site managers regarding the installations. Within a year I took on an extra job role within the Customer Care Department. I would call customers to make appointments for our engineers to attend their property regarding any snagging issues.

I would manage our engineers diaries and book in jobs for them. Our engineers are all over the country so I need to have a good understanding of areas within Wales & England. I then progressed to Customer Care Manager which I still undertake the same job roles along with more responsibility.

I run my own team from Tredegar including office staff and engineers

DWP Customer Service Administrator - Triumph Furniture-Merthyr Tydfil

My job role was Customer Service Administrator for the Department of Work and Pensions. We manufacture office furniture for the jobcentres and I assist with any queries they have. I also input their orders on to our system and provide quotations. I liaise with production to make sure the manufacture is on schedule. I answer & respond customer calls and emails. I will go out of my way to ensure the customer has a good experience with our company

Customer Service Advisor - NEST Scheme-Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent

The NEST Scheme is a Welsh Government scheme which helps low income families with their heating systems. I would take customers through their application process and deal with their paperwork relating to their financial situation.
