Currently I work for one the largest flooring distributors in the United Kingdom. My job role as an internal sale assistant consists of inbound and outbound calls to existing and new customers. Responding to customer queries via email.

Leader at Oops Food Clearance
I had the role of leader at this supermarket. I managed a team to ensure the store is meeting great standards and maintaining a healthy work load distributed evenly between staff members. Generally I would set out a plan for the day to cover my main duties such as, packing out stock, serving customers, cleaning, whilst managing my team.
I also had to adapt due to changing circumstances to adhere to the needs of the store. I tended to cash up in the evening and close the store ensuring ever standard was met ready for customers to shop in store the next day.
Working for Iceland Foods I was dealing with customers face to face on a daily basis delivering excellent customer service and pushing promotional sales. A large part of my job role was also handling stock ensuring the shop floor is ready and available for customers to shop in store. I have covered all section of the store which I adapted quickly to.

Whilst working at one of Britans leading bed stores I enjoyed meeting and greeting customers with a smile. Over the Christmas period I made sure the show room looked pristine at all times, made drinks for the customers and wrote invoices for purchases.
