I worked alongside experienced Archivists in a professional setting and developed new skills in Archiving.

• Sorted and organised archives on Excel
• Handled real maps from the 1800s to assist in final piece which was a history article
• Learnt how to index newspaper stories
• Learnt basic archiving skills and wrote a small historical blog about the history of local area which was posted on the Facebook page of Bexley Archives
• Improved research and analysis skills
