I have a deep passion for caregiving, which began with my three-year study in childcare, culminating in a Level 3 qualification. After college, I started my career as an Agency, gaining invaluable experience across different nurseries. During this time, I developed a strong understanding of the importance of creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children.
My commitment to care led to explore a different age range, working with the elderly in their homes. This experience, although short-lived due to the challenges of COVID-19, further strengthened my dedication to making a positive impact on people's lives.
I returned to childcare full-time, joining a nursery in Hendon. My enthusiasm, dedication, and rapport with parents, staff, and children quickly led to my promotion to Room Leader. In this role, I embraced the challenges and enjoyed the opportunity to develop new skills and take on greater responsibility.
A year later, I moved to a nursery in East Finchley, where I currently work. Initially starting as a Practitioner, my hard work and passion for early childhood education have led to my promotion to Nursery Senior. In this role, I continue to support and guide our little learners, helping them grow and thrive in a supportive and stimulating environment.
