I'm 34 years old, married, 3 children, 11, 7 and 3. Have a dog. Enjoy spending time with my family and creating memories.

I currently work with children with learning needs, challenging behaviours and physical disabilities. I help children with eating, hygiene, dressing and mobility. Administer medication daily. Working with children on a 1-1 basis, to help with their IEP tasks set by the class teacher. trained in PBS - Positive Behaviour Strategy.

Trained using a hoist and move and handling, smaller children, from wheelchair to floor or too another chair. Maintaining a positive work environment for the children, children have schedules to get them through their school day, doing different activities, using encouragement and praise when they've completed tasks and done tasks or activities independently. Encouraging them to be independent as much as they can do.

School - left in 2005 went to college and studied childcare level 2 - Pass and also did English, Maths and ICT Key skills.
