Hello, my name is Saranporn Munkong, but you can call me Ink. I’m from Thailand and have a strong background in customer service and communication. I hold a Master’s degree in International Marketing Management from Coventry University, UK.
My work experience includes roles as a receptionist at Na Thai Therapy and front-of-house staff at Jinseon Korean BBQ and Noodle Bar, where I developed excellent customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Additionally, I run my own online business, handling sales, marketing, and customer relations, which has strengthened my adaptability and organizational abilities.
I am also a language tutor, teaching Chinese and Thai, which has improved my communication and cultural awareness.
