As you can see on my CV, I have had a variety of experiences in my career as Social Worker ranging from Building rapport, working for marginalized communities, counselling, team building and paperwork’s for the organization. I am not only used to juggling many activities at once, but I enjoy working in a challenging and versatile environment.

I have a strong background in developing and delivering creative and engaging activities to young people and have a proven track record of success in helping young people to reach their potential. I am confident in my ability to develop positive, constructive relationships with young people and to provide them with the support they need to succeed. My passion for the youth sector drives me and I always strive to ensure the best outcomes for young people.
I have acquired high skills in conflicts resolution, counselling, helping young people in building healthy relationships. I am also experienced in responding to crisis situations, providing one to one support to youth at risk, and helping them to develop and facilitate group activities. I am an excellent communicator and listener and could connect with young people from different background and cultures.
