Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software including Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Eque2, SharePoint and Monday.com.
As a Trainee Project Manager, I assist the senior site manager and project manager in planning and execution of one of the prominent High Rise residential projects with 52 apartments according to client specifications
▪ Closing out building control, building warranty and H&S reports aiming score above 90%
▪ Making Purchase orders on Eque2 for the suppliers and keeping track record of the deliveries.
▪ Ensuring health and safety on site including weekly inspections, toolbox talks and legal checks.
▪ Managing and maintaining BREEAM compliance for the project aimed at Very Good.
▪ Tender estimation and procurement of various work packages including finishing work.
▪ Conducting Site Visits and Updating daily site progress, labor record, construction drawings,
specifications, reports on SharePoint

Merit with experience of Using BIM 360 Construction cloud, Knowledge of Construction Laws and JCT contracts, knowledge of corporate finance including Cash flow and financial ratios.
