I am a finance professional with over five years of experience in the banking and financial services sector, specializing in customer relationship management, credit assessment, and portfolio handling. My role as a Junior Officer at ADFC Pvt Ltd. allowed me to develop strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills while working with diverse financial products such as credit cards, auto loans, and business loans. Currently, I am pursuing further studies in international finance to deepen my expertise and expand my global perspective.

My responsibilities included phone banking, daily sampling activities across various financial products (credit cards, auto loans, car loans, business loans), and managing customer relationships and the manager’s portfolio. This role strengthened my skills in financial operations, client service, and process management.

I hold an MBA in Finance from Gujarat Technological University (GTU), where I gained strong analytical, strategic, and financial management skills. This program provided me with a solid academic foundation in core business areas, preparing me for complex decision-making in the financial sector. Currently, I am furthering my education in International Finance at Queen Margaret University in Scotland to enhance my global financial perspective.
