I am a caring, friendly, and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 Diploma in Pre-School Practice and two years’ experience working with young children. I genuinely enjoy working in early years and love bringing fun, warmth, and laughter into the nursery each day, while helping children feel safe, confident, and happy.
I enjoy planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities that follow children’s interests and support their individual development. I take pride in creating welcoming indoor and outdoor environments where children are encouraged to explore, be independent, and learn through play.
As a key person, I build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families. I understand how important it is for parents to feel involved and informed, and I work closely with them to support each child’s emotional, social, and learning needs. I am calm and patient when supporting daily routines such as mealtimes and transitions, helping children feel secure and settled.
I regularly carry out observations and assessments and use these to plan meaningful next steps for children’s learning. I enjoy working as part of a team, contributing ideas during meetings, reflecting on practice, and supporting continuous improvement within the setting.
I am committed to developing myself professionally and keeping up to date with best practice in early years education and safeguarding. I would love the opportunity to join a nurturing nursery where I can contribute positively to the team and help every child thrive.
A motivated and committed individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, developed through working with young children from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Adept at building strong professional relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, and delivering thoughtful, individualised support that helps each child reach their full potential.
Creative, proactive, and a supportive team player who is equally confident working independently and using initiative to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Skilled in organising structured activities, small-group sessions, and educational games to encourage learning, social interaction, and personal development.
