RESAS Intern at Scottish Government (2025-05-2025-08)
Working as part of RESAS allowed me to learn the life of a social researcher and statistician. I carried out my own statistical project looking at Scottish Island data using SAS, and participated in multiple other projects, meetings, and governmental tasks. This helped me to deepen my interpersonal communication skills and learn how to write and critique reports published for the Scottish Government.
Street Team at Underbelly (2024-07 – 2024-09)
I thrive in the high-paced environment that comes with working in a promotion team during the Fringe. I have received the staff award both times that I have worked for Underbelly and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team. This allowed me to consolidate the skills I had acquired when previously working for Underbelly and helped me to enthuse and empathise with other employees.
Street Team at Underbelly (2023-07 – 2023-09)
Working as part of the Street Team improved my promotion skills to the public and helped me to ensure that members of the public had the best time with Underbelly.
