I am a reliable individual who can work in a fast paced and challenging environment. I have abilities to give a professional attitude and a high level of customer service. I have a qualification for customer service aswell as a full level 3 travel and tourism higher education grade.

This has proven I can understand and resolve customers problems effectively. I have skills such as confidence, good communication skills verbally and written, work well in a team, hardworking and have skills to face customers. I have one year work experience in a tanning salon which means I am trained in cleanliness of shops and ways to market and upsell products, aswell as giving customers a satisfactory experience.

I am passionate towards my driven career as part of cabin crew and am willing to take steps further to support this by having more experience in customer service roles.

I have one year experience in a tanning salon called Tan Factory in West bromwich which meant i had to keep the shop clean at all times aswell as the services, I had the role in checking stock and ordering stock online for the company and facing customers everyday.

I currently study at walsall college. I have completed my level 3 diploma in travel and tourism and level 1 customer service qualification. i gained a grade 4 in maths and a grade 6 in English language in school for my GCSE’s, this was at Phoenix Collegiate.
