I have worked at Bean n Scone, a small local coffee business in Lammas Park, for over 3 years to gain experience. I provide friendly customer service, taking orders and serving food and hot drinks. I handle cash and card payments, keep the workspace clean, and help with setting up and closing. I also enjoy talking to customers, including elderly and disabled people, to make sure everyone feels welcome.

Babysitter at Local family (2022-01 – Present)

I have been babysitting for a local family for over 3 years, caring for two children with learning needs. I keep them entertained with games, stories and age-appropriate films, while making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I prepare meals and snacks, follow their routines, and keep in regular contact with their parent to update him on how the children are doing.
