I am 16 and will soon be moving from Secondary school to college. I would like to gain further experience in a workplace environment to aid my personal development and support myself more financially. I am an outgoing individual and a keen learner who enjoys acquiring new skill sets and enhancing my knowledge base to improve both my career prospects and my own personal development.
I am hard working and take satisfaction from trying to get the best results I can in any given situation. I am happy to work as an individual or as part of a team and enjoy trying to complete given tasks in the most practicable and efficient way to meet any set targets and KPI's and hopefully exceed them. I also enjoy socialising with friends which provides better communication skills.
Salon Assistant at The Hair Studio (2023-07 – Present)
I have previously worked at a salon for the last 3 summers where I would meet and greet customers, make hot drinks, assist stylists as necessary with colours, shampooing, cleaning. I would also answer the phone and take bookings. I have also helped cash up takings at the end of the day.
