Hardworking, dedicated and reliable person with a wealth of varied experiences, including over 15 years working within management roles where I was responsible for leading teams of employees of varying sizes, managing Government standards in Health and Safety and high customer service standards. I am able to manage budgets and achieve targets set and cope with working under pressure. Customer satisfaction and a positive experience has always been at the heart of my career.

As a permanent Team leader I have relished the challenge of starting up a new fulfilment centre at EMA 3 where I was recognised for my management skills and was stepped up to Area manager for 10 months as caretaker of the pack department. I will always apply a good work ethic and professionalism.

• May 2023: Team leader at new site EMA3. Set up and launched a new fulfilment centre as the Pack team leader. Identified key roles for Associates and created training programmes to launch with critical roles in place.
• November 2022 - May 2023: TL Stepped up BED, stepping up into an unfamiliar role and team; prioritising key performance indicator growth and process improvement. Drove singles pack rate from one-week average of 89.4 to 93.4 through targeted coaching and associate engagement.
• Proxy Area Manager responsibilities including completing safety audits and upholding associate engagement.
• Participated in Kaizen event to promote asin to asin time and collaboration with other departments to address OB issues.
• Trained and handed over the department to a permanent TL for BED then trained the FED permanent TL as part of transition time.
• Trained the proxy TL on BED in May 2024.
• As a packer, engaged with peers, TL and AM's to earn trust and be considered for extra training, resulting in being successfully trained in 3 critical roles.
• Proxy Team lead in Pack Singles in the absence of Leadership, demonstrating upskilling and training of new pack process guides.
• As a Process Guide, demonstrated good time management, engagement with various departments, implementation and following of plans laid out by Operations and Flow managers.
• Instructor role: empathetic and understanding, coaching intakes of AA's from day 1 induction through to quality and productivity coaching.
• SLAM role: problem solving at speed to keep workflow, engagement with Leads Operations and Maintenance to ensure reliability.
